STEP 1: LOGOUT of your existing membership before purchasing this membership for your additional location.

You can logout by going back and clicking the circle in the upper right to logout of your account -OR- you can copy and paste this URL in an incognito window.

STEP 2: EMAIL enter in a unique email address for your additional location.

STEP 3: For the next bits of data make sure you are entering in the info for your new location. In the last 2 form fields enter the main membership location so we can link the accounts together.
